Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Invico, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Invico. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Generating an asset costs one credit. Credits are available through a subscription or as one-time packs, and unused credits roll over and never expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we never receive or store your card details.

Credits are non-refundable once they have been consumed in a successful generation. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By starting a generation immediately, you request that we begin performance right away and you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal for that content once the credit is consumed.

You agree not to use Invico to create or share content that:

• is unlawful, or infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others;
• is hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually exploitative;
• impersonates others or misuses third-party trademarks or brands unlawfully.

You also agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or place unreasonable load on the service, or attempt to bypass its limits or security. The service applies automated safety filters, and we may flag, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms.

You own the assets you generate with Invico, and you may use them commercially — in games, mods, and other products — at no additional cost. You are responsible for the prompts you write and the reference images you upload, and you confirm that you have the rights to any reference image you provide.

To operate the service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to host, process, and display your content solely as needed to provide Invico to you — including showing images through any public share link you choose to create. This license ends when your content is deleted or your account is closed, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Invico uses AI to generate images. Because of how AI models work, the service may produce similar or comparable outputs for different users, and we cannot guarantee that any output is unique. The extent to which AI-generated images qualify for copyright protection varies by country. Outputs are provided without any guarantee that they are fit for a particular purpose.

Invico is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining credits are forfeited. You may stop using Invico and delete your account at any time from your account page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invico is provided without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including liability for gross negligence, intent, or personal injury — and your mandatory rights as a consumer under Czech and EU law are not affected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any material changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
